How much is your shipping?

All goods are shipped via UK Royal Mail. Postage and packing charges are calculated based on region. There are minimum postage and packing charges applicable:

Within the UK – 12% of your order total (minimum charge £3.80)

Within Europe – 17% of your order total (minimum charge £10.00)

Rest of the World – 25% of your order total (minimum charge £18.00)

Please Note: Shipping is calculated using UK 2nd Class Mail, or International Standard rates (No Tracking, basic £20 Insurance). Should you wish, we can send your order Tracked, or Tracked and Signed for. Please contact us before hand to provide you with an accurate cost for your preferred service. For particularly large or heavy orders, a mailing surcharge may apply (we will inform you of any such surcharge prior to dispatch). Custom charges may also apply when shipping outside of the UK. Please note all such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as is possible upon receipt.

UK customers should receive their orders (on average) within 2-5 working days of dispatch. The Royal Mail states they will deliver within 10 working days, but in the vast majority of cases, delivery is quicker than this.

European customers generally receive their orders within 15 working days, and the ‘Rest of the World’ customers within a month.
